Wing Ingredients
 1 organic large head cauliflower
 1.50 tbsp organic sunflower oil
 ½ cup organic gochujang sauce (store bought or using recipe below)
 1 tbsp organic sesame oil
 ¼ cup organic coconut aminos
 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
 1 pinch salt
Gochujang Sauce (Optional)
 1.25 tbsp organic white miso
 1.50 tbsp organic maple syrup
 1 tbsp organic chili flakes
 1.50 tbsp organic coconut aminos
 1 tsp organic garlic, minced
 1.50 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Break down cauliflower into large florets. Toss with oil to coat.

Roast cauliflower for 10 Minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile, make homemade gochujang sauce, if not using store-bought. Add all ingredients to a blender and thicken with water until the mixture forms a paste.

Add gochujang sauce, sesame oil, coconut aminos, maple syrup, and salt into a bowl. Mix well and thin with water if necessary.

Remove cauliflower from the oven. Increase heat to 500°F.

Coat cauliflower with the sauce and bake for 10 Minutes more until sizzling and golden brown on the edges.

Serve hot.
