If adding someone to a Group/Mailing List that does not yet exist, please complete this form, then create a separate Request to "Create A New Group/Mailing List". Include this person's email address, plus others as needed.

DELETE AN EXISTING DIRECTORY LISTING OR GROUP LIST/MAILING LIST

This deletion will be permanent.

CREATE NEW GROUP LIST/MAILING LIST

  • Group/Mailing lists can either simply group people together for reference, or to use as a list to send mail.
  • These can be all internal addresses, all external, or a mix of both. 
  • All addresses MUST have an individual listing in our Shared Directory. If they are not, please fill out a New Directory Listing for each person before or after submitting this form.

Must already be in our system. If they are not, please add make a request to create a new listing for each.
