Salad

cup organic apples

cup organic raisins

cup organic dried cranberries

tbsp. organic crumbled feta

cup organic walnuts, chopped

cup organic spinach

Dressing

½ cups organic red onion, sliced

½ cups organic shallots, sliced

2 tbsps. organic balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. organic sugar

1 tbsp. organic olive oil

½ tbsps. salt

Whisk the dressing ingredients together until incorporated.

Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
