Give classic cauliflower a gourmet makeover with parmesan, zesty dijon, and a savory herb blend! This dish is simple enough for a weeknight dinner, but is dressy enough to serve as a holiday side.

  1 organic cauliflower, cut into florets
  4 tbsps. organic mayo
  ½ cup organic parmesan, shredded
  4 tbsps. organic dijon mustard
  tsp. organic garlic powder
  tsp. organic onion powder
  tsp. organic dried thyme
  tsp. organic dried oregano
  2 tsps. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.


In a large mixing bowl add the mayo, parmesan, dijon, herbs, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.


Add cauliflower florets to bowl, and toss to coat.


Spread coated cauliflower in a single layer on the parchment paper, and bake for 45 minutes.
